Returns

To be eligible for a refund, you must return your defective product within 7 working days after placing the request for a refund.
To secure a refund, your product must be returned unused and in the same condition you received it.

Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, on whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.
If your refund is approved, we will begin the process of issuing a refund to your original payment method used during the purchase.
The refund will be processed and credited to your account within 12-15 business days depending on the product and the payment method.
Shipping
Refunds are not applicable to any shipping charges. The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping fees prior to initiating the refund process.
When you qualify for a refund, the cost of return shipping is deducted.
The costs associated with shipping are non-refundable.
If your product qualifies for a replacement, you will receive the new product within 5-7 business days from the time of approval depending on the product.
