If we are redeemed from our sins it's all because of the love and sacrifice of Jesus Christ. It's the severity of our sins that tortured Him on the cross. Every time we continue to sin it is like nailing Him again and again to the cross. Because He has paid the penalty and rescued us, we are to lead a Holy life that pleases Him.
